For carcinogenic and reprotoxic substances, additional rules exist compared to regular substances. The emphasis lays on replacement. When replacement is not possible, registration and monitoring of the occupational exposure need a high level of attention. These obligations apply to all CMR substances (Carcinigenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic).
The government anually publishes a complete list of CMR substances and processes in the ‘Staatscourant’. The list of 2012 can be downloaded below.
Caesar Consult can help you properly with identification, measurements, and elimination of exposure to the substances and health related risks. Please feel free to contact us.
